The Equetro Patient Assistance Program provides Equetro® (carbamazepine) extended-release capsules at no charge to eligible patients. To qualify, the patient must be a US resident and meet certain financial requirements. Once approved, patients will receive a 3-month supply of Equetro which will be delivered to the patient's healthcare provider's office.
